We are seeking an ICAM Engineer- Radiant Logic that will be responsible for the design, deployment, and management of identity, credential, and access management solutions for a DoD agency. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and effective communication to ensure that the ICAM solution supports the organization's security posture and business objectives. Responsibilities Include: * Design, implement, and maintain robust ICAM solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements * Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to integrate ICAM solutions with existing systems and applications, facilitating seamless user experiences and secure access control * Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to identity lifecycle management, access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SoD) * Serve as the lead engineer implementing Radiant Logic as part of the solution stack * Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide ICAM-related guidance, and ensure that access management needs are met in a secure and compliant manner * Monitor emerging trends and technologies in the ICAM space, evaluating and recommending tools and practices Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Additional experience may be substituted for a degree) * An active DoD Secret clearance * DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification * A minimum of 7 years in information security roles or a related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in identity and access management, with expertise in RadiantOne technologies such as FID and ICS * Experience with LDAP and Active Directory * Experience creating and modifying interception scripts * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Occasional travel (Up to 10%) to support customer meetings or corporate initiatives may be required Environment: * Prolonged periods of sitting and working at computer At AGE, we genuinely care for our people, offering 26 days of paid time off and a culture that celebrates success with events, bonuses, and profit sharing-over 80% of profits go back to our team.
