Job Description

The IT Client Services 1-Service Desk and Ops position supports the IT Service Desk and Operations and reports to the Supervisor-IT Client Services in the Corporate IT Infrastructure and Operations Department.

What your day will look like:
  • This position will support the IT Service Desk - logging all user problems and act as first level support contact. This position will document, track, and monitor open IT Service Desk tickets assigned to them and to other IT personnel to ensure resolution in a timely manner
  • This position will be responsible for supporting CONA SAP system end users in their respective Regions or Divisions with day to day business operational procedures
  • This position will be responsible for supporting the CONA SAP daily and weekly closing procedures on a rotating basis, including all weekends and holidays. This includes supporting location closing procedures and corporate wide CONA day end close, which is critical to the successful daily Coca-Cola route distribution process. This will require the ability to work with little direct supervision and to make independent decisions quickly to respond to unanticipated problems
  • This position will also have duties relating to the Field Support Tablet replenishment process. Receiving, logging in, configuring and distributing Field Support Tablets in a timely manner
  • Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
What you need to succeed:
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
  • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
  • Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
  • Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
  • 0-2 years' Experience with the CCBCU IT Service Desk and/or ServiceNow preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are required
  • Ability to work under aggressive deadlines and meet commitments
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 0-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • College Degree preferred
  • IT Service Desk experience preferred
  • Basic PC operations skills required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • Work effectively individually and as a part of the IT team
  • Must have strong work ethic
  • Must be dependable and self-motivated * Must be willing to learn new technologies and skills
Physical Requirements

Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program. Position is required to wear safety toed shoes when performing the following tasks: Operating Powered Industrial Equipment or Working in an Area where Powered Industrial Equipment is in use, Fleet Maintenance, Working with Palletized Product, Use of Hand Trucks/Dollies to Deliver Product, Cooler Services, etc.
