About the role:

The Project Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting Practice leadership on the development and delivery of key projects that drive client engagement, retention and revenue growth. Success in this role demands strong project management capabilities. The individual will be required to coordinate multiple workflows, implement rigorous quality control measures, and meet concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism when working with stakeholders at all levels across the business.

What you will do:

  • Content Enablement: Partner with the Chiefs of Research on content promotion initiatives to ensure that the latest and most relevant content is utilized in client facing collateral, internal role-based resources and in the sales and service newsletter.
  • Commercial Enablement: Coordinate updates on commercial enablement tools and resources. Help drive consistent sales and service plays based on client demand signals. Own the coordination and production of training and enablement strategies in partnership with Practice leadership.
  • Event Management: Validate client lists, maintain client event calendars, and coordinate quarterly webinar planning. Own client webinar coordination, contracting and speaker communication. Assist with scheduling client pre-meeting calls for in person events. Manage the event inbox for the Practice, following up on requests in a timely manner.
  • External Client Communication: Own accurate and timely client communications for events, including targeted client outreach on specific events. Ensure that the client event calendar is up to date. Manage client requests related to CPE and CLE credits.
  • Performance Reporting: Support updates on event and enablement metrics. Organize and maintain reports and updates for historical reference. Support special reporting requests and time-sensitive project needs as they arise by curating and organizing relevant materials from various dashboards as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with Sales, Service, and Product leaders to understand their needs and support enablement initiatives.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in handling multiple priority projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Successful execution of projects and responsibilities on time, and at a high quality.
  • Ability to work independently and with other stakeholders as applicable.
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Strong time management and planning abilities.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 56,000 USD - 77,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
