This is a 1st shift position: 5:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Thursday) Overall Summary Manage all aspects of lean value stream and traditional manufacturing product lines and shifts. Drive cost improvement and process excellence initiatives by collaborating with across multiple departments and teams, and lead cross functional projects in order to support business strategy and company performance objectives. Look for opportunity to find operational efficiency across the manufacturing environment. Mentor direct reports to further develop the skills required for their job functions. Interface with engineering, production, quality, scheduling, accounting, and corporate work teams to facilitate manufacturing operation. Execute management of a production area through supervisors to the shop floor across multiple shifts. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification
YOUR EDUCATION Required: Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Leadership or related field required Preferred: Master's degree in Project Management, Leadership, Operations or similar field or MBA highly preferred. Lean/Six Sigma and PMP Certifications preferred. YOUR EXPERIENCE
