We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and results-oriented Lead Process Design Engineer to join our Eastman corporate engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the process design scope for various large capital projects during Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detail Design phases. You will be responsible for the process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, HMBs, and equipment specifications as well as the process safety design activities. You will interface with Eastman technical and operations organizations in addition to external engineering service providers. Your expertise in process design combined with your experience in the chemical industry will be crucial in leading a project team of engineers in the process discipline. To oversee the work of external engineering service providers, travel up to 50-75% may be required. Location Responsibilities Qualifications
