Position Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Uline's Creative department, partnering with all teams to achieve their goals and functions. Manage multiple department calendars and provide logistical support for on-site meetings and events. Assist in preparing Creative design materials and with hands-on project tasks as needed. Collect and organize data to write memos and department communications. Support planning and execution for Creative employee engagement events and initiatives. Order and organize department supplies and samples. Minimum Requirements High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative / clerical experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, advanced in Outlook. Extremely organized with strong time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
