Member Services Representative
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships? Join our team as a Member Services Representative and make a difference in the lives of our members! Responsibilities: * Deliver outstanding face-to-face customer service to members visiting our branch. * Handle all member service transactions, including cash handling, creating debit cards, depositing checks, and answering inquiries. * Foster and maintain positive member relations. * Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures. Skills & Qualifications: Must Haves: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or service industry customer service. * Proven experience in cash handling. * High school diploma or GED. * Successful completion of a credit check. Nice to Haves: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Previous experience as a bank teller. Soft Skills: * Outgoing and friendly personality. * Excellent active listening skills. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
