*Description*
One of our clients was acquired by another company and needs to deploy 3500 machines and support their other facilities around town. They've asked us to provide a Desktop support technician to help support their facilities across the Birmingham area. This is a contract to hire role. Day to day will be this resource providing end user support to the various users across their environments. These environments are mostly Windows OS and they will be receiving newly imaged PCs over the next couple months. Additional duties include level 1 & 2 technical support to the environments. They will work a ticket queue and be dispatched to various sites. *Skills* Support, Technical support, Help desk support *Top Skills Details* Support, Technical support, Help desk support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
