Job Description

As a Strategic Planning & Operations Expert, you'll act as a bridge between our long-term goals to day-to-day execution, ensuring our strategic intent is properly translated into outcomes & impact. As execution partners, we bring together the right voices and thought leadership to ensure we have the right operational processes in place - and effectively execute those processes, making informed, strategic decisions, enabling Allstate to create competitive advantage through technology. Key Responsibilities
  • Supports the development and maintenance of integrated execution plans to ensure planning & delivery is connected, fast, efficient and effective
  • Ensures the right operating rhythms are in place across Allstate Technology Solutions, enabling achievement of strategic and operational priorities
  • Leads operational reviews, regularly bringing together senior leadership across ATS to review progress towards strategic & operational priorities and make strategic decisions
  • Leverages business knowledge to manage reporting and communicate progress on Objectives and Key Results
  • Executes complex/critical assignments by creating structure and leveraging processes that enable team members and self to drive business results efficiently
  • Aligns to and models an environment of accountability within the team
  • Acts as a thought leader by developing ideas that have strategic impact and align with broader Enterprise strategies
  • Responsible for leading execution of strategic initiatives which will drive our enterprise technology strategy forward
  • Supports the communication of the technology strategy to the organization so they understand their roles, are motivated to achieve established goals and have line of the sight between their work and Allstate strategies
  • Contributes knowledge to complex situations, where alternatives are numerous, to support the development of business solutions on behalf of the organization
Education
  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
  • 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • This job does have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $95,700.00 - 170,925.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
