What you'll be doing...

The Security Development Services Team is responsible for securing employee access to our core applications and systems in the most efficient, compliant and user-friendly manner, innovatively using the latest industry standards and tools.

The Development Services Security Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the development of Cyber Security centric Web UI applications.

  • Web UI development testing with a focus on identifying visual and functional opportunities.

  • The gathering, grooming and documenting of Web UI requirements from internal business partners.

  • Writing and publishing end-user documentation and FAQ documents for Web UI end-users.

  • Supporting and consulting with other infrastructure and development teams to assist the business units with implementing sound and secure SDLC practices along with coding, data engineering and security services integration/automation.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.

  • 1 or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in IT, application development, testing and/or support and cyber security.

  • Angular Development, C, C++ or C# Development or Web UI Development Experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science.

  • Combined experience in IT, application development, testing and support and Cyber Security with highly scalable online transactional systems.

  • UI/UX application development experience, including requirements gathering, grooming and documentation.

  • Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills along with the ability to handle multiple priorities and high stress situations.

  • Strong relationship skills and collaborative style to enable success across multiple partners.

  • Ideally experience with the following technologies: Angular 8+, .NET C#, .NET Core, T-SQL, MS SQL, Java, Angular JS, JavaScript, Typescript, NgRx, RxJS, jQuery, DTO, ASP.NET, HTML 5, CSS 3, JSON, XML, XSLT, SOAP, Razor, UNIX, Windows 2012-2022, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Active Directory, MS TFS, MS DevOps, Azure Cloud, GCP, AWS, WCF, WPF, JIRA, PowerShell, IIS, Node.js, Docker, Git, TFVC
