Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Omnistudio Health Quoting-Provider & Payers SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Payer domain. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies to drive impactful solutions for our clients. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to the Payer domain. Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to meet client requirements. Provide expertise in Omnistudio to enhance the functionality and user experience of Salesforce applications. Develop and maintain Health Quoting solutions for Providers and Payers ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Manage SFDC Integration projects ensuring data consistency and system interoperability. Configure SFDC applications to align with business processes and client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Salesforce development. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to drive innovation. Document technical specifications and project deliverables for future reference. Qualifications Possess a strong background in SFDC Development and Customization with hands-on experience. Demonstrate expertise in Omnistudio to enhance Salesforce applications. Have experience in developing Health Quoting solutions for Providers and Payers. Show proficiency in SFDC Lightning for creating user interfaces. Exhibit knowledge in SFDC Integration to ensure data consistency. Have experience in SFDC Configuration to align with business processes. Possess domain expertise in the Payer industry. Display excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Have strong collaboration and communication skills. Be committed to staying updated with the latest Salesforce technologies.
