We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our manufacturing team. This role will drive HR initiatives, support workforce engagement, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The HRBP will work closely with leaders and employees at all levels, with a strong presence on the plant floor. This position also deputizes for the HR Manager in their absence and oversees two direct reports. Key Responsibilities
