What you'll do:

• Using statistical tools, assist in the evaluation and optimization of our processes and products
• Perform inspections and create reports summarizing results and methods utilized
• Define and execute requirements for gauging and inspection methods for instruments utilized with frequency
• Guide the plant inspectors in their daily activities related to inspection, testing, and problem resolution
• Assist in the maintenance of quality systems and problem-solving efforts

What you'll need to have:

• Desired: Bachelor's degree in quality, packaging or related field preferred
• Required minimum 5 years of experience in quality preferred in a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing projects and supervising people
