Hourly Rate: $30.00

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the SOC Help Desk, ensuring high-quality service and team development. You'll manage team performance, handle escalated concerns, and work with internal teams to address obstacles, all while maintaining positive relationships with consignees.

Responsibilities:



  • Ensure SOC Help Desk is adequately staffed
  • Train and develop Help Desk team members
  • Collaborate with leadership for team-building and motivation
  • Supervise daily Help Desk operations
  • Provide performance reports
  • Assist team members with consignee and program issues
  • Advocate for consignees and team members
  • Facilitate SOC meetings
  • Perform other duties as needed



Skills & Experience:



  • 2+ years of experience in customer service call center management
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Strong knowledge of the SOC program
  • Proven leadership skills with a diverse team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
