Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Staffmark is seeking a Trust Administrator to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. As part of a company dedicated to driving economic growth and societal progress, you will play an essential role in managing and maintaining trust accounts that have a positive impact.

Pay Rate: $26-$30 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Monday-Friday, either 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Ensure compliance with KYC and new account opening procedures
  • Administer 80+ ABS trusts and manage cash accounts for domestic and international clients
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, investors, and other parties
  • Review and approve monthly distributions and statements
  • Maintain accurate account information across banking applications
  • Collaborate with the team on ad-hoc projects



Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Trust or similar field (preferred)
  • Cash management experience (preferred)
  • Undergraduate degree (BA or BS)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
