Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst - Senior Associate - 63583571

Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for developing innovative solutions. Experience in data governance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality applications.
• Provide technical expertise in Salesforce development including customizations and integrations.
• Ensure the scalability and maintainability of Salesforce applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce applications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Should have a good understanding of data governance principles.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should have experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Nice to have experience with other CRM platforms.
• Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• Should have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Must be able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Should have a passion for learning and staying current with new technologies.
• Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Certifications Required

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Administrator

The annual salary for this position is between $102,000 - $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
