Leads the day to day activities of technician staff. Facilitates the timely resolution of all computer related questions, problems, and requests from end-users.

The Identity Security Manager will be responsible for :

  • Leading the team and scheduling day-to-day activities, providing work direction, career development, and conducting performance reviews. Managing staffing during normal business hours.
  • Overseeing the administration and processing of all reported issues, ensuring timely response and resolution.
  • Resolving complex problems escalated by staff and providing direct support to end users. Acting as a liaison between ISD staff and other hospital departments when needed.
  • Recommending and implementing procedural improvements to enhance efficiency and responsiveness in the evolving technological environment.
  • Providing status reports and feedback to management while collaborating closely with other hospital departments to support end-user needs.
  • Demonstrating and maintaining in-depth knowledge of supported software and system requirements, recommending new technology solutions as appropriate.
  • Training new staff on daily operations and departmental procedures, coordinating and scheduling end-user training sessions.

To qualify, you must have:

  • Bachelors degree is required in the field of computer science programming
  • 3 years of expereince is required
  • 3-5 years' experience with Identity Management systems. SailPoint preferred
  • Experience managing technical staff and teams for a healthcare provider.
  • Experience in managing teams in implementing and operating complex healthcare provider systems.
  • Ability to manage teams and staff during high stress operational events and lead teams to resolution
  • Strong communication skills including effective emails and presentations.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and issues in terms appropriate for technical staff, management, or customers
  • Strong customer focus with interpersonal skills and user empathy
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Position requires coming to the office once a month
