We are seeking a skilled Program Support Systems/Data Analyst to provide data analysis expertise in support of National Guard (NG) Substance Abuse Program (SAP), Suicide Prevention Program (SPP), and Risk Reduction Support programs.


Job Overview:

The Program Support Systems/Data Analyst will provide professional expertise to analyze and support program statistics for suicide prevention, substance abuse prevention, and resilience programs. This role will work closely with the National Guard to ensure accurate and insightful data analysis, reporting, and the delivery of key program performance metrics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Provide data analysis support for the National Guard's SAP, SPP, and Risk Reduction Support programs.
  • Reporting: Compile, analyze, and report on program statistics and performance metrics to support program improvements and decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with program managers, stakeholders, and other teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Data Systems Management: Assist with the management and maintenance of program data systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Statistical Support: Offer professional expertise in interpreting program statistics, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.


Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of national-level practical experience in data analysis and statistical support, preferably in a program support role related to substance abuse prevention, suicide prevention, or resilience programs.
