LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for an Enterprise Architect to support our contract at the IRSCI in Washington, DC.

LOCATION: REMOTE

Enterprise Architecture including As-Is and To-Be support shall focus on providing and implementing a standardized, aligned, synchronized Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework within, linking business, transformation and modernization, data, applications, technology, support and security across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Review of existing Tech Ops holistic Enterprise Architecture documents and framework.
  • Extensive Interviews and collaboration with Tech Ops sections, business partners and IRS.
  • Interfaces with Business stakeholders to manage alignment of business goals to current and future state technology roadmap; create business strategy to streamline operational processes to better achieve target goals.
  • Provides architecture and engineering services supporting the entire Tech Ops portfolio.
  • Account for business and technology growth and ensure cost reduction, standardization, decreased complexity, reduced risk, and provides for business continuity in overall Enterprise Architecture.
  • Analyzes technologies for overlap, documents redundant or inefficient technologies and provides reports for IT and Business partners to make decisions based on Return On Investment (ROI) or other industry standard determining factors.
  • Identify and manage technical dependencies and integration points between supporting systems, processes, policies, technologies, organizations, delivery partners, project teams, and any other identified stakeholder groups.
  • Provides iterative delivery of architecture action plans using agile methodologies to start and deliver improved architecture.
  • Documents existing architecture including complex charts and diagrams and presentations; updates architecture documentation through the lifecycle; includes holistic and entire set of information systems, how they are configured, how they interface to internal and external environments at the boundary, how they are operated to support the enterprise mission and how they contribute the overall security posture.
  • Conduct focused technical analyses in support of programs, releases, projects.
  • Conduct platform, data, performance and software engineering analyses and feasibility studies; identify gaps; identify opportunities; and provide recommendations for all assessments.
  • Communicate results of analyses and studies to appropriate IRS/CI stakeholders.
  • Provides engineering services for overall enterprise systems, networks, cloud, virtualization, security, workstation, application, and other IT related components.
  • Provides solution engineering to deep technical issues.
  • Enterprise Architecture Gap analysis & recommendations to address gaps.
  • Implementation of approved recommendations.
  • Delivery of new Enterprise Architecture documents and Strategy for lifecycle maintenance.
  • Continual analysis and integration of existing and future technology to the Enterprise Architecture.
  • Creation, Management and continued maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture Roadmap.
  • O&M with Quarterly Status reporting (minimum)
  • Continual Training and Education services for all Technology Operations Areas and business Stakeholders.



Desired Outcome:



  • CI will have Industry Standard Enterprise Architecture documents depicting "As-Is" and "To-Be" to include future state roadmap and methodology to meet future state goals in an ever-evolving and regulated environment.
  • The documents and processes will be kept current and provide processes using automation across the organization for currency and efficiency.
  • The Architecture will be aligned to Portfolio, Program and Project Management initiatives. Each TechOps Section will be provided the Architecture and Engineering services required to align the Enterprise Architecture for existing and new technologies across the Tech Ops portfolio.



REQUIREMENTS:



  • Must be able to pass a background check in order to obtain an IRSCI Public Trust Security Clearance.
  • A or B.S with at least 8 years specialized experience in related technology.
