Business System Analyst

ANALYGENCE is seeking a Business System Analyst to join our team. This position requires a highly analytical individual with deep expertise in METL processes, Mission Analysis, and enterprise architecture to enhance NAVIFOR's operational readiness and resource management strategies.

In this role you will provide your expertise in Mission Essential Task List (METL) development and execution to provide specialized support and subject matter expertise in Mission Analysis, as defined in the Universal Naval Task List (UNTL) Manual. The selected candidate will play a critical role in conducting Mission Analysis as the first step in METL development and will deliver analysis in the form of a technical report following the NAVIFOR Mission Analysis Report (MAR) format.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Mission Analysis in accordance with OPNAVINST 3500.38C and the UNTL Manual.
• Support the METL annual review process as required by COMPACFLT/COMUSFLTFORCOMINST 3501.3 (Series) and the Fleet Training Continuum Instruction.
• Develop METLs in compliance with OPNAVINST 3500.38C and the UNTL Manual.
• Apply Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) 2.0 to create enterprise architecture models that enable stakeholders to analyze resource management and readiness generation.
• Produce technical reports in accordance with NAVIFOR MAR format.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting METL development and execution.
• Expertise in Mission Analysis per the UNTL Manual.
• Proficiency in applying DoDAF 2.0 for enterprise architecture modeling.
• Strong understanding of Fleet training and readiness requirements.
