We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Service & Operations business area, with a primary focus on the recruiting and onboarding of our Member Advocates and Provider Service Representatives. These associates are at the heart of the consumer experience and the recruiting efforts in this area are critical to support our promise of always putting our members first. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible to support this high-volume business area by developing strong partnerships with hiring leaders and handling each candidate with the highest care.

This role is eligible for our Mobile and eWorker personas. Candidates local to our Hingham, MA office are preferred with an in-office expectation of 2-4 times per month.

Your Day to Day

  • Act as the main point of contact with our staffing agency partner that supports sourcing related efforts for our Member Advocates and Service representatives; this includes adherence to quality standards, rigorous candidate assessment practices, and timely communications to our applicants.

  • Master the applicant tracking system (ATS) to move the Service Representative candidates through the recruiting workflow, and support them throughout recruiting, offer, and onboarding activities.

  • As needed, team up with hiring managers to effectively prioritize and recruit for job requisitions outside of the Service Center.

  • Confirm all candidates who are not selected for the Service Center have a positive experience via ATS dispositioning.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma

  • 1-2 years recruiting or staffing experience or commensurate HR experience

  • Previous experience using HR Technologies such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, assessment platforms is essential

  • Desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment across various departments

  • A flexible "can-do" attitude

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
