This position will be based in support of our customer in Charleston, SC but the position can be supported remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with NIST 800-53 Rev 4 & 5
• Familiar with the Risk Management Framework, NIST 800-37 Rev 2
• Conduct assessments of information systems security requirements, perform STIG analysis
• Review Boundary documentation and contents for preparation of security assessments
• Highly motivated self-starter that can run objectives to completion on their own
• Define metrics and reporting strategies that effectively communicate security posture to the client
• Support penetrations testing of physical and cloud systems
• Proven ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and nom-technical audiences

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience (6 years)
• 5+ years of IT experience is required
• Experience in security operations/incident response concepts and implementation and vulnerability management
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required
• A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service and excellent organizational skills are required

The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
