SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST BB&E is a full service civil and environmental engineering and consulting firm, headquartered in Northville, Michigan, which services both the Federal and Industrial sectors throughout the United States. BB&E team members provide Environmental Consulting, Facilities Engineering and Program/Project Management Services to Federal and private sectors.
Position Summary
BB&E is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Support Specialist to join our team, to provide support for AFCEC/CF (Front Office) onsite at JBSA-Lackland, TX.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance that is highly reliable, highly credible professional expertise supporting AFCEC/CF's global AF facility design and construction execution mission.
- Collect, create, review, analyze, store, and present digital information in support of the execution of the Air Force MILCON and FSRM programs.
- Assist in the dissemination of information gained on projects or programs to appropriate Air Force Stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain AFCEC/CF online and internal SharePoint data repositories.
- Store, transmit, evaluate and/or present data generated in support of the AFCEC Mission.
- Perform data collection in support of AFCEC's Facility Engineering Directorate programs.
- Collect data on services AFCEC provides to its customers. Analyze and report on findings.
- Provide assistance in the development and delivery of strategic communications projects and tools.
- Maintain databases for specific project tracking. Collect the data and compile it into files compatible with AFCEC standards.
- Assist in documenting program files, organizing files and providing administrative support, such as filing minutes of regulatory and partnering sessions at local or worldwide locations.
- Properly manage SCIF, safe, containment and disposition of classified information.
- Support the Air Force at conferences and meetings.
- Take the form of meeting setup, facilitation, as well as deliverables (graphics, audiovisual equipment, study materials, invitations, record keeping).
- Assist as directed in administratively drafting packages for the reassignment and recruitment for AFCEC/CF positions and submit to AFCEC/CF Division Chiefs and supervisors for review/submittal.
- Provide recommendations to the Government, identifying outdated Personnel Documents (PDs) and PDs that require rewrites and resubmit packages to Government Personnel to the correct PDs.
- Obtain information from AFIMSC/DP about the PDs in which CF Personnel are located and compile/analyze/provide that information to the Government.
Key Qualifications

Experience & Education
- Experience
- Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in administrative work with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least five (5) years of experience in administrative work with an Associate's Degree.
- At least three (3) years of experience in administrative work with a Bachelor's Degree.
- Education: A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
