Genesis10 is currently seeking a Marketing Program Manager with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 9+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and long-term planning for Business Execution Review and analyze multi-faceted, large-scale Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors Contribute to resolving complex issues while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and deliverable requirements Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to provide business insights and solutions Manage the Brand Stewardship Program, including onboarding and communication to an internal community of ~350 Brand Stewards who extend the enterprise brand team and promote overall brand cohesion Review manual end-to-end processes to identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency improvements within the Brand Steward Program Develop strategies and tactics to drive greater engagement and advocacy among the Brand Steward community for the newly developed brand strategy and visual identity Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, demonstrated through work experience, consulting, military experience, or education. Strong program management and internal marketing experience Proven ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships across a large, matrixed organization Experience driving adoption of enterprise-wide initiatives and strategies Ability to think strategically, execute efficiently, and drive measurable outcomes Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence and engage executive stakeholders Pay Range: $51-61 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
