Staffmark has partnered with an auto manufacturing company in Springfield, OH, to find a Machine Operator that is ready to take on a new challenge. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their skills and be part of a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Join our team and help us deliver excellence every day. Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 4:00am - 2:30pm | $16.00/hr. Key Responsibilities: Operate production machinery and perform related tasks while meeting or exceeding production standards. Monitor product quality, maintain accurate reports, and complete required paperwork, including time sheets and traceability logs. Handle components and finished products by processing, organizing, and returning them to appropriate containers. Collaborate with team members, follow company policies, and assist with additional duties as assigned. Any experience is helpful in machine operation, robotic welding, manufacturing, and assembly.
