Summary of Job Description:

The Senior Product Supply Analyst position works closely with Panda's distribution partners, sourcing team, suppliers, distribution services team and other cross-functional teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure that continuity of supply to Operators is maintained. This position serves as a liaison to ensure inventory related issues are resolved on a timely basis. The Senior Product Supply Analyst maintains work processes to manage new product allocation, including new item tests, product transition, and limited time offers (LTOs) and other supply chain initiatives.This position provides input and recommendations on changes to processes, systems, and analysis to ensure continuity of supply, and procedures on new allocation assignments.

You'll get a chance to:

  • Works directly with supervisor, sourcing team, suppliers and distribution partners to resolve supply disruptions, manage inventory, and allocate inventory as needed.
  • Communicates and follows up with all stakeholders using established standards. Completes accurate and timely OpsAlerts to ensure Operations actions and impacts are communicated.
  • Evaluates vendor production plans and recommends contingency plans as necessary. Develops or contributes to improvements and changes to processes, systems, and analysis to ensure continuity of supply and minimize obsolescence. Takes immediate and timely action to address issues or risks and ensure continuity of supply.
  • Provides project support to new product launches, new item tests, product transitions, limited time offers (LTOs), and other supply chain initiatives.Collaborates with cross-functional teams and internal Supply Chain teams to establish project timelines and deliverables.
  • Utilizes a variety of tools and reports to proactively evaluate, analyze, identify, confirm, and address gaps in supply and manage risk. Maintains and monitors dashboards, prepares and analyzes ad hoc reports, and presents analysis, insights and recommendations to appropriate audiences.
  • Analyzes and interprets Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement of inventory management to develop and recommend action plans. Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum five years of inventory management and related experience, preferably in a multi-unit food service organization
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required training
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training

Pay Range:P3: $80,000 - $126,500 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

ADA Statement:

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
