Key Responsibilities: * Handle Work Ticket Orders: Manage work ticket orders for national accounts received electronically or by phone, including outbound calls. * Qualify Customer Requests: Verify and qualify customer requests to ensure accurate service delivery. * Technician Coordination: Check technicians in and out, and book/dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors or divisions promptly. * Customer Request Management: Ensure prompt, knowledgeable service to meet customer satisfaction. * Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
