Job Description: IS4S is seeking qualified candidates for Summer '25 engineering internships at our Huntsville, AL location. Person or persons filling this role will work with other junior and mid-level engineers in cross-functional teams on a variety of PNT (positioning, navigation, and timing) and RF communications related projects. Typical activities include: Assessing performance of navigation technologies using laboratory and simulation equipment Assist the research, design, development, and evaluation of RF communication system hardware and software Support digital engineering team to instrument MBSE tools with hooks for 3rd party software integration Supporting data collection and testing activities Develop and execute test plans in the laboratory Assist other engineers in one or many of the following: Design custom electronic boards, circuit card assemblies, and wiring harnesses Develop and test software for sensor drivers and other data acquisition equipment Develop, test, and integrate navigation and timing software on a variety of platforms Support RF and antenna electronic design and testing Perform mechanical design for custom electronic enclosures Basic Qualifications: Currently pursuing an engineering degree in one of the following fields: Electrical / Computer / Wireless Engineering Mechanical Engineering Aerospace Engineering Software Engineering / Computer Science Basic proficiency (or exposure to) a modern programming language C/C++, Java, MATLAB, Python, etc. About IS4S: Integrated Solutions for Systems, Inc.
