As GEHA's Sr. P&C Analyst - Reporting and Analytics, you will be primarily responsible for delivering a comprehensive suite of HR reports and dashboards that empower data-driven decision-making. You will engage closely with HR Leaders and Stakeholders to obtain reporting requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions. You will provide both predictive and prescriptive analytics to inform strategic decisions. SKILLS

Duties:

  • Use Workday, to design and build advance, matrix, and composite reports, including dashboards, to meet customer needs.

  • Design and build complex calculated fields.

  • Ensures understanding of requests received by consulting and collaborating with HR and business-facing stakeholders in all data and reporting requests.

  • Troubleshoot report-related issues and resolve them promptly while providing sustainable solutions that support HR's vision and mission.

  • Educate our stakeholders on self-service reporting solutions.

  • Provides basic reporting training and guidance to stakeholders.

  • Proactively seek and provide recommendations to improve the efficiency of reports.

  • Participates and leads projects related to new dashboards and analytics for HR and business leaders.

  • Meets deadlines and manages varying workloads with a high degree of accuracy, while ensuring compliance with standards.

  • Continues to expand Workday reporting expertise.

  • Actively support the proper use, storage, and transmission of sensitive employee data and actively participate in system and data quality compliance.

  • Have a solid understanding of the system's security and support reporting functionality, respectively.

  • Research data issues and answer questions relating to HR systems' data.

  • Monitor new system releases and maintain testing plan as needed to support reporting applications.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of report governance processes, policies, and procedures

Requirements: Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree, additional years of qualifying related work experience maybe considered In lieu of formal education.

  • Minimum 6+ years of data analysis and reporting experience in an HR environment.

  • Minimum 2 years of Workday report/dashboard design and development experience is required.

  • Experience in translating complex information in an easy, visually effective format that is audience appropriate.

  • Experience with HR Analytics, Data visualization, and Workday reporting tools is preferred.

  • Workday Certification(s) preferred specifically Workday Reporting.

  • Power BI experience is a plus.

Work-at-home requirements

  • Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
  • Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms
  • Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. GEHA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,337 - $127,343 USD.
