Position Summary To provide program supervision and general oversight to promote quality services and ensure compliance with the regulations and guidelines for the Self Direction Programs as Fiscal Intermediary. Key Responsibilities 1. Supervision of no more than two FI Program Managers. 2. Responsible for a caseload of individuals receiving Self Directed Services. 3. Participate in Life Plan reviews and team meetings to represent the FI agency and ensure compliance and satisfaction. 4. Liaison between the families, staff, brokers and the agency departments of Finance, Human Resources and Payroll. 5. Request, receive, review, and ensure compliance of all required documents to justify self-directed services such as Life Plans, LCED, DDP2, justification forms, Staff Action plans. 6. Review invoices and employee time and approve once quality and program standards are met. 7. Review staff action plans, monthly notes and broker invoices to ensure quality and program standards are met. 8. Meet regularly with Brokers to ensure that they are meeting the needs of the individuals/families and agency guidelines. 9. Identify and report any compliance or quality issues. 10. Communicate regularly with individuals/families to promote satisfaction with the services. 11. Participation in external provider association committees. 12. Process invoices in EVERO (housing subsidies, transportation, staff activity fees) 13. Covering for FI Program Manager caseload when on leave or paid time off. 14. Onboarding of new SDS individuals/families. 15. Assist with CFS Individual/Family meetings, Departmental meetings, and Broker meetings. 16. Perform other duties as assigned or requested by the leadership team. Other: To hold a cellular 24 hours, seven days per week. Required Skills/Abilities
Education and Experience Requirements
Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
