The Corporate Leadership Development Training Program (LDP) trainee participates in a rigorous development program to prepare themselves for a position in one of several departments of Warren Administration Company. During the program, you will receive real-time experience, gaining knowledge of Warren CAT, Warren Equipment Company, and practical leadership skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Gain knowledge and experience in various aspects of the Warren Equipment Company operations including but not limited to safety, budget compliance, operational compliance, personnel management, asset warranty compliance, service operations, training and development, communication strategies, and product development strategies.
  • Attend semi-annual Warren Equipment Company (WEC) week-long leadership training's
  • Actively participate in various unique servant-leadership development opportunities including a comprehensive program in understanding the purpose, functions, and collaborative efforts of other WEC entities.
  • Regularly participate in the bi-weekly LDP mentor program.
  • Other duties may be assigned.



    WHAT YOU'LL NEED



    • Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (Business, agribusiness, industrial distribution/engineering or similar discipline preferred)
    • Proven character-driven leadership experience
    • Ability to relocate to Midland, Texas
