Position Description:
Onsite at designated client location in Milwaukee, WI
Based on site in Milwaukee, WI, the Well-being Program Manager (PM) will work closely with the client's Global Benefits and Wellness Team and the WebMD account team to enhance awareness of global well-being programs along with the WebMD products and services that support them. The PM will serve as a vital resource for regional and country wellness leads, assisting in planning and execution of health promotion activities, including those offered by additional vendors.
The PM is responsible for supporting client satisfaction and retention, acting as a customer advocate and primary point of contact for senior stakeholders to boost participant engagement and maximize the value delivered through the WebMD partnership. Responsibilities include providing thought leadership, supporting program planning and impact assessment, and coordinating and promoting services effectively.
The PM will proactively seek opportunities to enhance service delivery and improve global well-being activities and programs , collaborating with Client Services, Account Management, and Product Management teams to refine processes and develop innovative solutions.
The PM will also be a resource for the individual employer units in their health promotion activities.
The successful candidate will have a background in wellness program management, health and wellness promotion, and benefits.
In this role you will:
  • Provide ongoing project management for global, regional, and country-specific wellness programs and promotional events for client globally.
  • Primarily promote and support initiatives for international locations.
  • Increase awareness and participation in client-wide well-being programs across global markets.
  • Collaborate with client resource teams on regional and country-specific initiatives, in partnership with the WebMD Engagement Specialist.
  • Provide trusted support to regional Benefits and Well-Being leads on client well-being platform tools and resources, including creating talking points or overview documents for New Hire Orientations or presentations to associates.
  • Manage and promote the Global Wellness Champion Network to the clients international associate population, both in development and ongoing support of well-being initiatives, in collaboration with the U.S Well-Being team
  • Lead monthly well-being meetings for each region (APAC, Canada, EMEA, India, and LATAM) and other ad hoc meetings as necessary.
  • Conduct client well-being platform demonstrations as required
  • Assist with creating and editing materials related to the health promotion programs for benefits communications
  • Develop and maintain schedules for client well-being programs.
  • Provide recommendations for well-being initiatives tailored to specific global locations.
  • Support enhancements in healthy lifestyle behaviors and overall well-being of client employee population
  • Collaborate closely with all client vendor partners to support all well-being events and initiatives
  • Work closely with client resource teams (i.e. Corporate Social Responsibility, Employee Resource Groups, etc) on the support of regional and county-specific initiatives as well as the WebMD Engagement Specialist to develop event calendars tied to on- and off-campus programs for maximum engagement.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting to global stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing program performance review and health/wellness strategy support
  • Provide recommendations and referrals to appropriate client well-being resources and integrate those resources and programming into the WebMD portal
  • Support the expansion of WebMD Health Services product and service lines.
  • Engage in process improvement and service model design efforts.
qualifications, skills and experience:
  • BA / BS required; MPH is a differentiator
  • Minimum of 5 years Well-being Coordinator/Program Management or similar client-facing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple relationships with various client stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong program planning and management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Cross-cultural knowledge and experience along with the ability to engage with staff at all levels across diverse geographies are strongly preferred.
