Job Summary:
We are seeking a quality engineer to support MRB functions of production teams is needed in Covington, GA. Your support will ensure timely resolution of nonconformance records. This includes but is not limited to investigating and documenting root cause and corrective actions (RCCA), providing clarifications to engineering teams to facilitate timely resolution of nonconformances, timely closing of nonconformance records, and proper communication to manufacturing teams to support production commitments. The production site is newly established and the development of standard work, standardization of repairs, and documentation is needed. Your support to bring efficiency improvements will be pivotal to program success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement RCCA to reduce repeat nonconformances.
* Provide quality writeups to facilitate timely closure of nonconformance records.
* Develop standardized rework/repairs and documentation to improve efficiency and reduce quality mistakes.
* Coordinate and collaborate with other stakeholders in the MRB process.
* Communicate effectively with the customer and with leadership.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
* Prior non conformance record documentation experience
* US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with composite manufacturing and assembly
* Experience with Airframe construction and assembly
* FAR 23 Experience
* Part 21 experience
* Experience working under FAA production certificate
* Experience with high voltage systems
