Position Title: Senior Category Lead - Capital Location: Vadnais Heights, MN - Hybrid (2-3 days per week on-site) Position Overview The Senior Category Lead - Capital is responsible for ensuring supply assurance, superior cost management, and maintaining strong stewardship in support of internal and external customers. This role includes system responsibilities such as price updates, invoice discrepancy resolution, and vendor registration. Additional responsibilities include project-related tasks and daily management of material sourcing, usage tracking, forecasting, and price reconciliation. The position will focus on day-to-day sourcing activities while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Reporting to a senior member of the sourcing team, this role will directly support 1-3 managers or directors. Primary Responsibilities

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
