Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Technical Lead who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP SAP CRM Web Services and SAP CRM Middleware. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model. Experience in the Online and Hi-Tech domains is a plus. The role involves day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of SAP CRM Web Services to support business processes and customer interactions.
• Provide expertise in SAP CRM Middleware to ensure data consistency and system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for SAP solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and performance of SAP applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Mobile Solutions SAP CRM Web Services and SAP CRM Middleware.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP development and implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive innovation and improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Document technical specifications and project progress for future reference and reporting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Support the deployment and post-implementation phases to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical expertise in SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP.
• Have extensive experience in developing and maintaining SAP CRM Web Services.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP CRM Middleware for data consistency and system reliability.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show experience in working within the Online and Hi-Tech domains is a plus.
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 to $102,500 P/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
