DFS is seeking to hire a SR. IT Business Analyst to help manage our customer facing Digital tools (Order Management solutions & various other applications) and other ongoing key technology initiatives.

The focus of this position is to drive increased customer experience through our digital tools, to achieve high customer satisfaction & adoption rates. The role requires positive relationship building, technical acumen and project management skills. The candidate must be able to obtain an in-depth understanding of the business, our products, understand and translate complex processes, to align with our Digital tools. Other responsibilities will include customer engagement project efforts. This position may be remote or based from any of the following DFS locations: Austin, TX; Malmo, SE; Dundee, UK; Rio de Janeiro, BR; Guangzhou, CN; Mumbai, IN.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Digital Solutions, Sharepoint, Salesforce, Nintex, CRM, Extranet and ordering applications
  • Drive action & execution: Coordinate customer data collection and execute on findings
  • Coordinate, communicate & validate business and technical requirements with relevant stakeholders
  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
  • Identify issues, bugs and drive automation opportunities to implementation
  • Assist with project management for selected projects
  • Study, analyze and report on customer feedback relative to experience, products, services
  • Identify/define Customer Experience metrics that represent what matters most to our customers using our Digital tools
  • Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to allow business to understand solution performance needs/issues and drive customer expectations
  • Learn technical solutions & points of integration to help develop /drive solution growth
  • Coordinate efforts to meet goals across regional and global departments

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Strong aptitude for applications, systems, coding (HTML, JSON, JQL)
  • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient use of MS Office, Excel and Word
  • Ability to work and communicate well with all levels across the organization
  • Combination of technical aptitude and customer focused experience
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliverables

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of Technology & customer focused experience
  • Order Management or CRM software technical experience is a plus
  • Project Management experience is a plus
  • Manufacturing company or industry experience is a plus
  • ERP experience is a plus (Oracle, Microsoft)
