Summary: This position provides overarching support activities for the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP) and its 900+ centers, including management of the general MBSAQIP email and main telephone number. The position plays a key role in hosting meetings for MBSAQIP. Key functions include providing interpretation and guidance regarding program standards, assisting with the management of designation level changes, administrative program changes, off-cycle surgeon verification, data registry access inquiries, data abstractor (MBSCR) onboarding, and ongoing training, and other support to the MBSAQIP team associated with site visit cycle activities. This non-exempt position will report to the Program Manager, MBSAQIP in the Division of Research and Optimal Patient Care. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote. The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,600 - $53,000 (paid hourly, commensurate with related experience). Required Education and/or Experience:
