With now three physical branches in St Petersburg, Winter Park and Mount Dora and one digital branch, we are offering a full suite of banking products including personal and business banking and loan products (solar, residential, commercial, SBA and more). We are looking for Branch Managers for our Mt Dora and St. Petersburg locations! As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted deposit and consumer lending goals. You will oversee the branch office activities, general customer service activities, lending, and new accounts while providing superior professional quality customer service to new and established Climate First Bank customers, including cross-selling of products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Sales- Cultivate and manage client relationships to achieve branch and personal loan and deposit growth, and DDA ratio goals. Participate in sales, services, and product meetings. Partner with other lenders on sales calls to existing and prospective customers.
  • Products and Services- Ensure timely and accurate RDC/ACH renewals. Ensure timely and accurate Consumer Loan closings, timely consumer communication and timely and accurate approval or adverse action processing. Ensure thorough understanding of all products and services offered. Proactively prospect referrals to other lines of business. Keep exceptions for new accounts and audits to a minimum.
  • Customer Service- Actively listen to the needs of prospects and clients and promptly respond to customer requests. Provide superior, customer centric service at all times.
  • Branch Operations- Establish goals and objectives for branch staff; provide monthly coaching, motivation, training, communication, and discipline to maximize staff potential. Schedule and hold weekly sales/operational meetings. Provide agenda and appropriate goals, achievements, rankings, and product information.
  • Branch Security- Open and close the branch; maintain and stay abreast of security policies and procedures; test security equipment, oversee teller and vault cash audits; understand and follow procedures in case of robbery or other emergency; enforce dual controls procedures at all time.

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales, interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Prior consumer & small business commercial lending experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Educated in financial products and services, banking regulations and laws.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid organizational skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Sustained standing and sitting;
  • Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor;
  • Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
