Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is seeking a full-time Pediatric Neurologist to join our team! The position includes employment by Lurie Children's Medical Group, an affiliate of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. The position also includes an academic appointment in the Department of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. The candidate will participate in the neurology inpatient and consult services, as well as conduct outpatient clinics, a portion of which may include time at outreach suburban locations. In these clinics, there is an opportunity to see a wide variety of patients and clinical disorders of your specialty interest. There are also opportunities to participate in resident and fellow teaching, as well as engaging in clinical/translational research.

The individual must be an MD or DO and be board certified or board-eligible in Neurology, with special qualifications in Pediatric Neurology. The candidate must also be licensed in the State of Illinois to practice without restriction. The position includes an academic appointment of Instructor or Assistant Professor on the non-tenure, Clinician Educator track in the Department of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Salary and academic rank are commensurate with qualifications. Proposed starting date is flexible. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.

Base Salary Range: $206,000 - $230,000

The displayed pay range represents base pay targets using designated benchmarks, which are reviewed annually. Individual salary will be determined by years in rank, experience, demand within the specialty, additional training, extramural funding, and strength of publication history. Other compensation opportunities vary but may include mission-based, clinical, research, and academic incentives or additional compensation for leadership roles in line with the respective compensation plan.
