Hands-on functional business analyst focusing on the Plant Maintenance module of SAP S/4 HANA.

This role will be responsible for providing technical and functional support, assisting and educating end-users, troubleshooting issues, and testing the system changes as needed to ensure smooth operations. Alignment to SAP best practices to help deliver value to the organization. As such being able to communicate clearly, influence outcomes and steer direction in the use of the system, is important to be successful.

This role will serve as a partner to key business stakeholders and project teams. They should possess proficient competency in SAP PM including work orders, functional locations/equipment, maintenance plans, task lists, etc

Our Team

We are the Asset Care System governance team at Georgia-Pacific, within the Consumer Products division's capabilities group. Our team is comprised of subject matter experts in the SAP PM, asset care master data management and reporting analytics. The team's work typically centers around implementing best practices and standardized tools within SAP PM as well as other associated IT applications that support a standardized asset maintenance work process and associated master data. We partner with IT resources to develop business requirements, functional design, testing and training plans for planned changes or system upgrades.

What You Will Do

* Serves as a functional consultant providing guidance to business users on how best to use SAP to follow standard business processes
* Stays "current" on SAP solutions via continual education through formal and informal outlets such as training, user groups, blogs and technical literature
* Make recommendations on the use of SAP PM to best address business requirements
* Possesses a deep understanding of the end-to-end maintenance and support of SAP PM. Provides input into incident triage and resolution
* Work with internal teams to guide them through requirements analysis, application and/or process design specifications and design workshops
* Some travel will be expected, on average 10%, but it can be more depending on projects
* Competencies

* SAP PM; functional business user
* Change management process

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Previous experience with SAP EAM/PM consulting or industry experience working with SAP PM

* Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead
* 3+ years' experience working in a manufacturing environment

* 3+ years' experience with SAP EAM/PM consulting or industry experience working with SAP PM
* Previous S/4 HANA experience
* Previous experience in change management
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field

For this role, we anticipate paying $90k-$120k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
