Castline Operator

We are looking for a Castline Operator who will report to the Operations Supervisor via the Castline Team Lead, who'll be tasked with helping to run our castlines. As part of your role, you'll be a significant contributor to BRP-Spruce Pine's manufacturing operation.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Operate vertical band saw station degating aluminum castings as per quality specifications

• Maintain run-at-rate with fill station

• Work with quality team to obtain first-part approvals

• Adhere to standards to ensure the production of high-quality parts

• Maintain related equipment including furnace cleaning

• Follow established safety rules

• Identify and follow process sheets

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

• Technically-inclined

• Conceptual skills

• Inclination to process improvement

• Self-motivated

• Able to effectively follow written and verbal processes
