Description
This is a benefit-eligible, full-time position (72 hours every 2 weeks) working 12 hour day shifts on varied days of the week, including weekends and holiday rotation, and located at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas Medical Acute 2 North unit. The Medical Acute 2 North team is seeking a Patient Care Assistant who is self-motivated and committed to providing exceptional patient care. In this role you will be assisting patients with their activities of daily living, performing vital signs, and performing EKGs. This 37 bed unit primarily hosts a post-operative patient population with medical overflow. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently and collaborate as a team.
