JOB POSTING

TITLE: Enterprise Risk Management & Finance Governance Manager

EMPLOYER: Airbus Americas, Inc.

DUTIES: Managing all Central Enterprise Risk Management activities between Airbus SAS and Airbus Americas, across the three divisions (Commercial Aircraft, Defense and Space and Helicopters). Spearheading the implementation and execution of the ERM process (reviews, challenges, and assesses ERM effectiveness) across Airbus Americas. Participating in Risk reviews at various levels at Businesses, Functions, and Subsidiaries in order to critically assess progress and follow-up of mitigation and improvement actions. Consolidating the Airbus Americas, Inc. risk and opportunity exposure and providing Top Airbus North America Risk & Opportunity status and updates to the Top Management and the Chief Financial Officer of Airbus Americas. Responsible for Finance long-term planning and managing transformation projects. Supporting the CFO in streamlining the US Finance team governance and accountabilities.

LOCATION: Herndon, VA

REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field and 4 years in any job title involving experience in project coordination or management in the aviation industry. Prior experience must also include: Working experience with international, multi-functional or division operational management; Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management; Implementing enterprise Risk Management process, Manage Company Risk procedure and tools, including ARM; and Experience in managing projects to generate structured, business-oriented solutions. Up to 15% domestic and international travel required for business meetings and
conferences.

SALARY: $148,720.00.00 per year
