DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Provide administrative support for donor recognition initiatives.
  • Process and track check requests for the Development team.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, including letters and memorandums.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the assigned fundraiser(s).
  • Maintain and update the donor database with accuracy.
  • Research donor information to support fundraising efforts.
  • Compile and analyze donor-related statistics.
  • Generate, manage, and run reports and queries within the database.
  • Coordinate donor engagement efforts, including birthday, holiday, and thank-you cards.
  • Assist in creating, editing, and preparing marketing campaigns, touch points and solicitation materials.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (excellent skills in Excel and Outlook).
  • Proficiency with design in Canva or similar products.


Preferred Experience:



  • Associate's degree.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an Administrative or Program Assistant.
  • Experience with a CRM system

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:



  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (usually file boxes)
