Job Duties: Vice President, Asset Servicing with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in, Dallas, Texas. Developing advance risk management strategies for the firm. Producing risk assessments on systems, products, and business lines and identifying risk mitigating controls and systematic surveillance to implement, with the aim of reducing risk of covenant compliance breaches. Contributing to the quarterly risk control and risk assessments (RCSA). Assessing new and existing system entitlements and system entitlement combinations to manage the integration of a new vendor platform. Working with other regional teams to ensure that commercial and client risk is appropriately escalated and reviewed on the forward for possible process enhancements. Identifying requirements to develop systematic transactional surveillance rules to detect covenant compliance breaches. Partnering with Engineering, Risk, and other functions on the uplift of internal applications and integration of vendor platforms. Overseeing and managing a U.S.-based team and building a complementary team based in Bengaluru, India. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Business Administration, International Studies, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years with: Assessing the controls framework and ensuring risks are covered; reviewing credit agreements and other legally binding lending agreements to analyze and manage critical data flows; writing requirements and testing system implementations; working with engineering and business intelligence teams to scope, define and deploy tooling creating capacity within line teams; evaluating legal agreements to assess the impact of workflow changes and building controls to support these new requirements; and supervising and validating data entry of junior team members.
