Job Summary:

As a Revenue Auditor, you will conduct daily gaming and non-gaming revenue audits and associated checklists.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
  • Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
  • Perform daily audits on revenue, electronic gaming devices, cage accountability, Title 31, and redemption terminals
  • Track, investigate, document and report discrepancies and variances
  • Complete, review, reconcile, and verify documents including audit forms
  • Perform W2G balancing
  • Ensure that all revenue and expenses are supported and recorded as required by regulators and company policies
  • Complete Audit Finding Reports on all deviations from procedures and the company's internal controls
  • Maintain credit card terminal reports and statements
  • Report and maintain daily revenues from all outlets
  • Maintain Point of Sale reports
  • Support the overall compliance of the company's Internal Control System
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:



  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
  • Must have knowledge of all casino game rules
  • Must have working knowledge of electronic spreadsheet programs and other office products
  • Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communicational skills
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities


Physical Demands:



  • Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
  • Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
  • Occasionally required to sit or stoop
  • Must occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds
