Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:



  • Be a consumer, culture and sport expert, with a passion and willingness to bring culture and sport together
  • Support in influencing and executing the category direction
  • Support in working with all necessary functions to deliver the category business objectives
  • Support in creating ranges within the category from both an image and commercial point of view, while actively connecting with GTM and Merchandising



Key Responsibilities:




  • Proactively manage range direction
  • Propose a clear strategy for the range and how to move it on
  • Show full understanding of the product creation process whilst managing all tasks within the given time frames, with special attention to speed to market
  • Work within cross-functional team and with interlinked departments to enable an efficient product creation process with an optimum product outcome
  • Actively analyse business, draw conclusions and propose action steps
  • Strong knowledge of product information systems and the interlinking functions - clarity on respective timelines
  • Good level of product expertise to create industry leading products
  • Be considered as a range expert by markets and retailers
  • Prepare and present your ranges and business-related topics - with respective audience in mind - by using relevant structure and content
  • Actively provide input for setting the GTM (Go to Market) direction and implement it into relevant ranges in partnership with GTM counterparts
  • Work independently on projects and follow up on project development

  • Maintain a strong relationship and ensure constant dialogue/feedback with

    • business unit and across other BUs
    • cross-functional team (Design,GTM, Materials, Costing, Planning)
    • markets and relevant key retailers

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:




  • College degree, preferably in marketing/business /textile/fashion
  • Minimum of 2-3 years Product Marketing experience with APP, FTW or ACC background
  • Experience in trade, vertical retail business model or sales is helpful
  • Fluent in English
  • PC skills (MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel)

  • The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $95,008.00 - $132,000.00. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
  • We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Los Angeles California.
  • Though our teammates hail from all corners of the world, our working language is English.
