Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information and must maintain strong integrity in interactions and communications with clients.
  • Regularly works on special projects and events.
  • Promptness and regular attendance at assigned work-site is necessary and required.
  • Provide all services and objectives to ensure the quality of Vanir's services.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in business administration or related discipline or equivalent area of study. 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources or related position or combined internships.
    • Or, non-degree holders must possess a High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of experience in a talent acquisition, human resources or related area. Incumbent is desired to advance their education to a Bachelor's level.
  • Must possess knowledge and application of providing talent acquisition activities to support corporate and/or technical construction recruitment procedures, applications, and practices.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable laws and regulations with an emphasis in EOE/AA and OFCCP and their requirements within HR and Talent Acquisition.
  • Understanding and capability for effective personnel interactions in professional settings.
  • Must have the ability to provide interpersonal and communications skills to effectively communicate in person or via correspondence. Capable use of English grammar, proofreading/editing and spelling is required.
  • Must have a complete understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Advanced computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products an experience working in HRIS systems, sourcing programs and applicant tracking systems. HR Smart MUA experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills in person and with small and large groups.
  • Ability to represent Vanir and related entities in a professional manner at all times to ensure company policies and procedures as well as compliance to all applicable laws and regulations.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The hourly range for this position is $38.08-$48.08.
