• Programs the weight value into the flour control panel
• Prepares all proper ingredients on a cart.
• Programs the time and temperatures settings into the mixer panel.
• Programs into the mixer panel the amount of fructose as specified by the mixer's sheets.
• Loads all ingredients into the mixer bowls.
• Follows the procedures on the formulas such as weight speed time and temperature.
• Transfers dough out of mixer bowl into a dough trough.
• Pushes dough trough to mixers.
• Collects all rework dough for reprocessing.
• Records, in the proper mixer work sheets and according to the varieties of the production schedule, the necessary information such as date, lot numbers, weights of ingredients, the temperature and times.
• Complies with and adheres to the company General Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Always keeps the working area clean.
• Abides by all safety rules and procedures.
• Responsible for the manufacture of safe, legal, and quality product.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• 3 months to 1 year of manufacturing/production experience; or related experience and/or training; or a combination of both education and experience/training.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; and works well in group setting to resolve challenges.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations with customers, client, and other employees of the company.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Compensation Range:

*Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
