Responsibilities: * Manages and supervises all aspects of the project activity, organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all tasks. * Provides technical supervision, oversight and quality control for all subordinates and subcontractors * Responsible for breaking down cost summaries to include Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) reports, pricing supplements, and mission prioritization models. * Assess and improve the budget formulation and execution processes, conduct special review and resolve budget formulation or budget execution issues, and provide technical assistance to improve budget preparation, justification, or execution processes. * Provide cost analysis to include independent cost estimates, alternative analysis, life-cycle cost estimates, business case support (e.g. OMB 300s and program and budget justification reposts and assessments), develop multiyear projections for projects for various funding scenarios and risk levels in accordance with customer standards and practices. * Develop and implement metrics, to include conducting baselining and benchmarking activities. * Develop automated tools and processes to collect, analyze and portray data for senior decision makers. * Other support as required. Task Order Lead Duties: * TOLs Manage/execute all day-to-day mission performance/deliverables of the TO * TOLs are responsible for WARs, CAR inputs, management of employees (Timecards, R.O.A.D.S, communications with Sec, HR, IT, Finance), understanding Axio handbook and policies. * TOLs are conduits of communication between GPOCs/CORs and the PD/DPD * Coordinate all task order employee's request for positions & raises to the ESITA II Program Director for approval. * Coordinate all task order contractual actions with the ESITA II Program Director for approval. Qualifications: * Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to pass CI Poly. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 12 years of experience with a Minimum 5 years' experience managing budget formation and cost analysis. * Experience analyzing price/cost proposals, to include market analysis and research. * Experience developing multiyear independent cost estimates and familiar with Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Planning, Programming and Budgeting System (IPPBS) Benefits Overview:
